Katherine and Jonathan’s wedding at Amelia Park Wines in Margaret River was a beautiful blend of love, laughter, and a touch of Irish charm. What was forecast to be a rainy day turned out to be perfect – just a little wind and not a drop of rain, thanks perhaps to a little bit of luck (and some Irish tradition!).
Outside their luxury Airbnb, a statue of the Child of Prague stood proudly at the door, believed to bring good weather for wedding days – and it certainly did its job. Guests were serenaded by a harpist during the ceremony, adding a soft, romantic touch that felt straight out of a fairytale.
Their heartfelt ceremony, led by the wonderful Anita Revel, was filled with warmth, humour, and emotion. Surrounded by close friends and family, Katherine and Jonathan said their vows with the sweeping vineyards of Amelia Park as their backdrop.
The florals by Memories by Deb were simply stunning – lush, elegant, and perfectly suited to the venue’s modern rustic charm. Every detail came together beautifully, from the soft tones of the flowers to the gentle breeze that carried laughter across the lawn.
We explored the grounds of Amelia Park, capturing candid moments among the vines, the barrel devide in the cellar door, and the couple’s classic vintage Chevy limo, driven by the always-wonderful Brad. Behind the scenes, Carla was there capturing all the fun and emotion with her behind-the-scenes content creation – such a great addition to the day.
Amelia Park Wines is one of those truly special venues in the heart of the South West – elegant, timeless, and surrounded by nature’s beauty. Katherine and Jonathan’s day was the perfect reflection of that – full of love, laughter, tradition, and unforgettable memories.
